建立高效液相色谱法测定普卢利沙星胶囊含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以0.01mol.L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,测定波长为280nm。在10—100μg.mL-1浓度范围内,主峰面积与相应的浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。重复测定峰面积平均值为1215.9(n=6),相对标准偏差为0.7%。平均回收率为99.77%(n=9),相对标准偏差为0.26%。该方法准确简便、重复性好,可作为普卢利沙星胶囊含量测定的有效方法。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of prulifloxacin capsules. Using high-performance liquid chromatography with 0.01mol.L-1 hydrochloric acid solution as a solvent, the measured wavelength was 280nm. In the concentration range of 10-100μg.mL-1, the main peak area and the corresponding concentration showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9998). The average area of repeated measurements was 1215.9 (n = 6) with a relative standard deviation of 0.7%. The average recovery was 99.77% (n = 9) with a relative standard deviation of 0.26%. The method is accurate, simple and reproducible, and can be used as an effective method for the determination of prulifloxacin capsules.
