本文参照在铁路工务系统人事部门多年的工作经验,分析了青年大学生的特征,讨论了大学生思想状态上、企业文化上、社会环境上和培养机制上存在的问题,并就这些问题对青年大学生人才培养提出了解决办法和建议。
Based on many years’ working experience in the personnel department of railway public works system, this paper analyzes the characteristics of young college students, discusses the existing problems on the ideological status, corporate culture, social environment and training mechanism of undergraduates. And on these issues, Training provided solutions and suggestions.
