透明质酸钠为正常关节液的主要成分,在治疗骨性关节炎、减轻局部症状、改善关节功能方面有确定的疗效。笔者用透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎曾出现严重反应1例,现报道如下。患者男,62岁,右膝关节肿胀、疼痛、活动受限4个月就诊。患者诉站立、行走尤其以上下楼梯时疼痛明显,有行走不稳、交锁及闪失现象,关节不能完全伸直及下蹲。查体:右膝关节轻度肿大变形,内翻、微屈位,关节周围压痛,以髌内侧为重,被动活动膝关节可触及 Sodium hyaluronate is the main component of normal synovial fluid and has a definite effect in the treatment of osteoarthritis, alleviation of local symptoms and improvement of joint function.
