0 引言英国热处理工业界已经注意到有相当多替代发生炉吸热式气体作为热处理气氛的主要成分的方法。 1986年 ,Bodycote热处理有限公司安装了两台欧洲最大的周期式密封淬火炉。这两台炉子已成功地运行了 13年 ,它们是用空气 /碳氢化合物替代吸热式气体为主要气体的直生式气氛。
0 Introduction The British heat treatment industry has noticed that there are quite a number of alternatives to the regenerator hearth gas as a major component of the heat treatment atmosphere. Bodycote Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. installed two of Europe’s largest periodic seal quenching furnaces in 1986. The two furnaces have been successfully operated for 13 years and they are straightforward atmospheres where air / hydrocarbon replacement of endothermic gas is the main gas.
