健康是人人都应该重视的一个问题,习近平主席在讲话中强调,健康是促进人的全面发展的必然要求,是经济社会发展的基础条件,是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志,也是广大人民群众的共同追求[1]。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,深入了解太极拳“内外兼修、身随意动”的文化内涵;“舒缓、轻灵、动中有静、静中有动”的动作规范,并探究太极拳对健康促进的功效,认为太极拳对神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统、消化系统、运动系统具有健康促进的功效;对形成健康积极情绪、培养健全人格、提高社会适应能力等具有显著的功效。
