所谓直接融资,是指企业不经银行中介而直接以行债券、股票等方式向社会筹集资金的一种融资方式。其优点是:方便灵活,可分散企业风险。改革开放以来,我国企业利用外资主要是采取外商直接来我国投资的方式,而到国外去融资则很少。随着我国改革开放的深入,国内有的企业已率先在海外开展融资。这种境外利用外资的形式,对于促进我国企业国际化经营具有重要意义。
The so-called direct financing refers to a kind of financing method that companies use bank bonds, stocks, etc. to raise funds from the society without using bank intermediary. Its advantages are: it is convenient and flexible, and can disperse enterprise risks. Since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have used foreign capital mainly to take the form of direct foreign investment in China, while there are very few foreign companies to finance. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, some domestic companies have taken the lead in overseas financing. This form of foreign capital utilization abroad is of great significance in promoting the internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
