杨村煤矿风井冻结钻孔施工深度800m,是我国同期矿井建设中冻结深度最深的井筒。本文简要介绍了杨村煤矿的工程概况以及风井极其复杂的工程地质条件,并结合风井地层实际情况提出了冻结钻孔防纠偏措施、钻孔质量控制方法、钻孔常见施工技术难题的有效解决办法,在保证冻结钻孔成孔质量的前提下,通过合理调整钻进技术参数实现了冻结钻孔快速顺利钻进。杨村煤矿风井冻结造孔工程为我国800m深的冻结孔施工提供了一个成功的实例。
Yangcun mine shaft blasting drilling depth of 800m, mine construction in China is the deepest depth of the wellbore. This article briefly introduces the general situation of Yangcun coal mine and the extremely complicated wind and well engineering geological conditions. Based on the actual situation of wind well, this paper puts forward the measures of anti-offsetting for freezing drilling, the method of drilling quality control and the common technical problems of drilling. The solution, on the premise of ensuring the quality of the hole drilled by freezing, the rapid and smooth drilling of frozen borehole can be achieved by reasonably adjusting the technical parameters of drilling. The Yangcun coal mine air shaft freezing hole construction project provides a successful example for the construction of the frozen hole with depth of 800m in China.
