从芬兰赫尔辛基大学图书馆学科服务工作的经验中,发现学科服务应结合信息素养的理论,针对不同的服务对象提供信息搜寻能力、信息发现能力和信息挖掘能力的培训或服务。通过分析科研个体和科研群体的需求,按层次工作法模型拆分学科服务工作的内容,组成完整的服务流程。将过去以信息获取为导向的工作方法,调整成以信息结果的应用和分析为导向,从而界定学科馆员新的工作内容。
Based on the experience of the Helsinki University library service in Finland, we found that the discipline service should provide the training or service of information search ability, information discovery ability and information mining ability to different clients according to the theory of information literacy. By analyzing the needs of scientific research individuals and research groups, we divide the content of disciplinary services according to the hierarchical work method model to form a complete service process. In the past, the information-oriented working methods should be adjusted to be guided by the application and analysis of the information results so as to define the new work contents of the subject librarians.
