本文通过用18 只家兔分成6 组( n = 3) ,分别iv 不同剂量的内毒素(endotoxin ETX) 国家标准品,然后间隔休息21 、28 、21 、28 、14d 共6 次重复首剂量,以ETX 的对数及各组家兔体温升高均值求出各次试验的直线回归方程,从各次试验的直线回归方程中求得家兔升温0-6 ℃所需的ETX 的量,以观察家兔休息时间对ETX 所引起体温变化的关系;另用10 只家兔每隔3d 共连续6 次重复首剂量的ETX,以家兔平均升温值及级ETX 次序,观察家兔对ETX 是否有积蓄耐受作用。实验显示,家兔2 次iv ETX 后并休息28d ,能恢复对ETX 升温的敏感性;重复iv 6 次ETX 对家兔无积蓄耐受作用。
