The “1985 Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates that the vinegar-made golden inner chickens are prepared by crushing, frying, swelling, vinegar, and drying. For every 100kg of chicken, 15kg of vinegar is used. After many years of groping, we tried to improve the vinegar method by crushing it as follows: Using the Hongqi 30 crusher, we removed the crucible in the machine and crush the chicken’s gold into pieces of about 1cm in size.
