大连石化27×104t/a硫磺回收装置按三系列设置,单套公称规模为9×104t/a,单系列操作弹性为30%~100%,年开工时数为8400h。该装置处理的原料为再生酸性气和汽提酸性气。再生酸性气由溶剂再生装置、硫磺回收装置尾气处理和三催化酸性水汽提装置来的酸性气组成;汽提酸性气来自于酸性水汽提装置。装置于2008年8月5日开车成功,产出合格硫磺成品,尾气排烟中SO2排放含量在50~200mg/m3。随着运行时间的增加,开工一年后,装置SO2排放含量高达943mg/m3,即将超过环保标准(960mg/m3)。从提高硫磺回收率、增加尾气加氢效果、保证尾气吸收单元正常运行,以及提高尾气溶剂硫化氢吸收效果方面入手,总结出降低尾气排烟SO2含量的有效方法。实践证明,维持合适的燃烧炉风气比、高的转化器入口温度、适当的加氢反应氢气含量,将有效降低尾气排烟中的SO2含量。
Dalian Petrochemical 27 × 104t / a sulfur recovery unit set by three series, a single set of nominal size of 9 × 104t / a, a series of operational flexibility of 30% to 100%, the number of hours of construction for the 8400h. The raw materials processed by the device are regenerated acid gas and stripped acid gas. The regenerated acid gas consists of the solvent regeneration unit, the exhaust gas from the sulfur recovery unit, and the acid gas from the three-catalyzed acid water-stripping unit; the acid gas is stripped from the sour water stripping unit. The device was successfully driven by the car on August 5, 2008, and the qualified sulfur product was output. The content of SO2 in the exhaust fume was 50-200mg / m3. With the increase of operating time, one year after the start of operation, the SO2 emission content of the plant reaches as high as 943mg / m3, which is about to exceed the environmental protection standard (960mg / m3). Starting from improving sulfur recovery rate, increasing tail gas hydrogenation effect, ensuring the normal operation of the tail gas absorption unit, and improving the absorption effect of hydrogen sulfide as the tail gas solvent, an effective method for reducing the SO2 content in exhaust gas is summarized. Practice has proved that to maintain the appropriate ratio of the combustion furnace, high converter inlet temperature, hydrogen content of the appropriate hydrogenation reaction, will effectively reduce the exhaust emissions of SO2 content.
