目的:为医院科室管理提供决策依据。方法:采用某综合医院某科9个病区2006年数据,运用价值服务工程的原理与方法,对这9个病区进行价值评价。结果:七病区成本最高,功能一般,价值最低,服务满足程度最差,提示该病区应重点分析服务对象。结论:医院引用价值服务工程定期对科室进行评价,能较好地将医护人员、患者及管理者紧密结合,促使评价结果差的科室进行技术革新、降低成本和提高服务满意率,增加科室经济及社会效益。
Objective: To provide decision-making basis for hospital department management. Methods: The 2006 data of 9 wards of a general hospital were used to evaluate the value of these nine wards by using the principles and methods of value service engineering. Results: The cost of the seven wards was the highest, the function was general, the value was the lowest, and the degree of service satisfaction was the worst, suggesting that the ward should focus on the analysis of clients. Conclusion: The hospital reference value service project regularly evaluates the department and can better integrate the medical staff, patients and managers, promote the technical innovation, reduce the cost and increase the service satisfaction rate of the departments with poor evaluation results, and increase the economic efficiency of the department.
