受力端框连接问题是碳-环氧复合材料壳体结构工程应用中的一个重要问题。本文较系统地总结了过去研制工作中的经验教训,对全碳-环氧复合材料壳体结构的端框连接进行了强度分析,指出了存在的问题。为了解决受力端框的连接问题,本文提出了铝合金端框及其胶铆连接设计方案。较详细地论述了它的优点及解决热匹配和刚度匹配的具体措施。两个截锥壳试件常温和高温(130~135℃)外压试验结果表明,本文提出的方案及措施已成功地解决了碳-环氧复合材料壳体结构受力端框及其连接设计问题。
Forced end frame connection problem is an important issue in the engineering application of carbon-epoxy composite shell structure. This article systematically summarizes the experiences and lessons in the past research work, the carbon fiber - epoxy composite shell structure of the end frame connection strength analysis, pointed out the existing problems. In order to solve the problem of the connection of the stressed end frame, this paper presents the aluminum alloy end frame and its plastic riveting connection design. Discusses its advantages in detail and concrete measures to solve the matching of heat and stiffness. The results of external pressure test of the two truncated cone shells at room temperature and high temperature (130 ~ 135 ℃) show that the solutions and measures proposed in this paper have successfully solved the stress end frame and connection design of the carbon-epoxy composite shell structure problem.
