目的观察食管鳞状细胞癌组织内微血管定量、分布与食管旁淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用第Ⅷ因子相关抗原免疫组化方法,对40例食管癌组织中微血管定量与淋巴结转移的关系进行研究。结果食管早期鳞癌的微血管密度为37.4±16.3个/HP,中晚期鳞癌为59.6±13.5个/HP,两组间的差异有显著意义(P<0.001);有淋巴结转移者微血管密度高于无淋巴结转移者。结论食管鳞癌组织中微血管定量与癌组织分化程度及食管旁淋巴结转移有密切关系
Objective To observe the relationship between microvessel quantification and distribution and esophageal lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The relationship between microvessel quantification and lymph node metastasis was studied in 40 cases of esophageal cancer using immunohistochemistry with factor VIII related antigen. Results The microvessel density was 37.4±16.3/HP in early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 59.6±13.5/HP in middle and late squamous cell carcinoma. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001). ); those with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The quantification of microvessels in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is closely related to the degree of differentiation of cancer tissues and para-esophageal lymph node metastasis.
