目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉(EP)对不孕症着床期内膜白血病抑制因子(LIF)转录和表达的影响,初探其对内膜容受性的影响。方法:冻融胚胎移植(FET)前宫腔镜检查的继发不孕患者35例,其中术前彩色超声显示EP者为A组(n=25),未显示EP者为B组(n=10)。于黄体中期行宫腔镜检查EP数目、大小、位置等,并摘除息肉、刮取息肉周围子宫内膜及正常子宫腔内膜,免疫组织化学方法检测LIF,RT-PCR检测LIF m RNA转录水平。结果:患者一般情况及黄体中期雌、孕激素水平组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);A组LIF m RNA转录水平及蛋白表达水平略高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:EP对内膜LIF的转录及表达无明显不利影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of endometrial polyps (EP) on the transcription and expression of endometrial leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in infertility, and to explore its effect on endometrial receptivity. Methods: 35 cases of secondary infertility were treated by hTERT before and after embryo transfer (FET). Among them, preoperative color ultrasound showed that EP was in group A (n = 25) and EP was not in group B (n = 10). The number of hysteroscopy in the mid luteal phase EP, size, location, etc., and remove the polyps, scraping the endometrium around the polyps and normal uterine lining, immunohistochemical detection of LIF, RT-PCR detection of LIF m RNA transcription levels. Results: There was no significant difference in the general condition between the two groups (P> 0.05). The transcription level and protein expression of LIF m RNA in group A were slightly higher than those in group B (P> 0.05), but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: EP has no adverse effect on the transcription and expression of LIF in endometrium.
