目的浅谈护理管理中的人文关怀与应用。方法抽取收治的40例老年肺结核患者进行分析,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理,对比两组的临床效果。结果通过对比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论针对老年肺结核患者实施人文关怀护理,能够显著提高治疗效果,减少治疗费用,提高患者满意度,促进患者早日康复,具有临床运用价值。 Aim To discuss humanistic care and application in nursing management. Methods Forty elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into groups. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was treated with humanistic care and compared the clinical effects of the two groups. The results by comparison, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, significant difference, with statistical significance. Conclusion Humanistic nursing care for senile patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve the treatment effect, reduce the cost of treatment, improve patient satisfaction and promote the early recovery of patients with clinical value.
