本文报告下颌前突44例的外科正畸治疗的经验。分析了我院50年代末到80年代初所用过的各种手术方法。髁状突切除术16例;下颌体部截骨术(其中包括颏成形术和下颌体节段切除术)10例;下颌支斜切断术(口外法)6例;下颌支矢状劈开术14例。作者介绍了这些手术的效果、并发症、适应症和禁忌症。着重介绍了下颌支矢状劈开术的经验及其并发症的防治。此外,还介绍了下颌支矢状劈开术的两个新的并发症:下颌第三磨牙冠周炎和颌后区继发凹陷畸形。并分析了它们产生的原因和预防方法。 This article reports the experience of surgical orthodontic treatment in 44 cases of mandibular protrusion. Analysis of various surgical methods used in our hospital from the late 50s to early 80s. Mandibular branch osteotomy (including genioplasty and mandibular segmental resection) in 10 cases; mandibular branch oblique transection (extraoral method) in 6 cases; mandibular sagittal split 14 cases. The authors describe the effects, complications, indications and contraindications of these procedures. The experience of mandibular sagittal split and the prevention and treatment of its complications are introduced emphatically. In addition, two new complications of sagittal split division of the mandible were introduced: pericoronitis of the mandibular third molar and secondary depression deformity in the posterior segment of the jaw. And analyzed their causes and prevention methods.
