大型医疗集团门诊电子病历系统的探讨

伴随着我国医改工作的不断深入,如何提升门诊患者的就医体验,提高门诊医生的诊疗效率,是浙江省台州医院目前门诊信息化的当务之急。随着门诊信息系统的广泛应用和不断完善,如何进一步促进医院数字化建设,优化服务流程,提高服务质量和服务效率,提升患者的就医体验,为此浙江省台州医院独自研发了门诊电子病历系统,成功实现电子病历系统与医院信息系统、医学图像档案管理和通信系统、检验信息系统、住院病历系统等相关系统的集成,为实现区域化门诊诊疗信息共享打下了坚实的基础。 With the continuous deepening of medical reform in our country, how to enhance the medical experience of outpatients and improve the efficiency of outpatient clinic treatment are the most urgent tasks in current outpatient informatization of Taizhou Hospital in Zhejiang Province. With the extensive application and continuous improvement of the outpatient information system, how to further promote the hospital digitalization, optimize the service flow, improve the service quality and service efficiency, and enhance the patient’s medical experience, so that the outpatient electronic medical record system has been independently developed by Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province, The successful integration of the electronic medical record system with the hospital information system, the medical image archive management and communication system, the test information system and the in-patient medical records system has laid a solid foundation for the sharing of the information of regional outpatient clinics.
