液压板料折弯压力机的活塞缸,在运行过程中常发现漏油现象。尽管在机械加工时提高内套的配合精度,改善表面粗糙度,但效果甚微。内套材质一般由ZQSn10-1、ZQSn6-6-3、ZQA19-4和 QT42-10制成。近来从内套的材质着手,将这些材料改为锌基合金 ZR-3,从而迎刃而解。经分析,上述材料虽然耐磨性、耐蚀性较好,但致密度较低,在高压油作用下易渗漏。锌基合金 ZR-3,是近年来由芜湖市繁昌新型合金厂和某科研单位共同研制的新材料。我厂采用后,机器运行多年,未发现漏油现象。(编辑沈民)
