本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,对大连市足球运动后备人才培养现状进行分析,结果表明:大连市足球后备人才年龄档次分布很不均匀;教练员学历、职称结构不合理,高级人员较少;运动员男女比例相差悬殊;参加足球比赛的机会很少,训练的时间与频率低。基于上述观点,提出建议:注重科学选材;加强青少年足球教练员队伍的培养和建设;完善青少年足球后备人才的培养体制。以期为有关部门制定大连市足球运动后备人才的培养战略决策提供参考依据。从而推动我国足球运动健康持续的发展,为改善我国落后的足球现状。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the cultivation of soccer reserve talents in Dalian by means of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The results show that the age distribution of football reserve talents in Dalian is uneven. Irrational structure, less senior staff; the ratio of male and female athletes is quite different; there are few opportunities to participate in football matches and the training time and frequency are low. Based on the above point of view, make recommendations: focus on scientific selection; strengthen the training and construction of young football coaches team; improve the training system of young football reserve personnel. With a view to provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate the strategic decision-making for the training of reserve talents for soccer in Dalian City. Thus promoting the healthy and sustainable development of football in our country, in order to improve our country’s backward football status quo.
