变速箱作为旋翼试验台传动系统的关键部件,结构复杂且设计要求高,在高速运行过程中容易出现振动、噪声异常等故障现象。介绍了国内外变速箱故障诊断的主要方法,给出旋翼试验台变速箱的结构设计以及质量不平衡的理论模型,对运转过程出现的振动异常进行了频谱分析和故障定位,结果表明振动异常主要由变速箱输入轴的质量不平衡引起。
Gearbox as a key component of the rotor test rig transmission system, the structure is complex and high design requirements, prone to vibration, noise abnormalities and other symptoms during high-speed operation. The main methods of gearbox fault diagnosis both at home and abroad are introduced. The structural design and the theoretical model of unbalanced mass of rotor gearbox test rig are given. Spectrum analysis and fault location of the vibration anomaly occurred during operation are given. The results show that the main vibration anomalies Caused by the mass imbalance of the transmission input shaft.
