水利工程的发展建设对洪水的产生和发展有着深远的影响。中国地理位置特殊,跨越多个温度带,气候类型繁多,因此不同地区的水利建设都有其独特的地方,且对不同类型洪水的影响有其特殊性。为了更有力地推进水利工程的建设管理,提高各部门防洪抗洪的能力。文章通过对驻马店市各项水利工程的调查,分析驻马店市的水利设施对洪水的影响因素,探究二者关系,进一步加强水利对洪水的影响控制作用。 The development and construction of water conservancy projects have a profound impact on the emergence and development of floods. Due to its special geographical location, its multiple temperature zones and its wide range of climate types, China’s water conservancy construction in different regions has its own unique place. Its impact on different types of floods is unique. In order to push forward the construction and management of water conservancy projects more effectively and improve the ability of flood control and flood fighting in various departments. Based on the investigation of various water conservancy projects in Zhumadian City, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of water facilities on flood in Zhumadian City, explores the relationship between the two and further strengthens the control effect of water conservancy on floods.
