包括华西村、长江村、蒋巷村、永联村在内的苏南典型经济发达村,是“共富理念”的率先实践者。随着老一辈人慢慢退出历史舞台后,接班人如何把控,更进一步在传统产业赢利大幅度下降的趋势下,村级特色模式又该如何发展,是苏南经济发达村所面临的问题。近日召开的“城镇化进程中的乡村治理”研讨会上,大家热烈讨论的“永联模式”问题很值得思考。
