我县是重点林业县,历史上就有用枫、槠、栲、栎等阔叶树生产香菇的传统。但我县阔叶树资源较少,而松、杉树木计有429万米~2,占总蓄积量的84％,松、杉木屑每年全县可达5000余吨。为了进一步发展香菇生产,我们借鉴上海杂木屑栽香菇的经验,于1979年开始进行松、杉木屑栽培香菇研究。经过二年来的多次重复试验,终于获得成功。 My county is a key forestry county, historically there is the tradition of producing shiitake mushrooms by broad-leaved trees such as maple, raccoon dog, oyster and oak. However, there are fewer broadleaf trees in our county, while pine and fir trees account for 4,290,000 ~ 2, accounting for 84% of the total stock volume. Pine and fir litter can reach 5,000 tons each year in the whole county. In order to further develop the production of mushrooms, we learn from the Shanghai experience of miscellaneous sawdust planted mushrooms, began in 1979 pine, fir sawdust cultivation of mushrooms. After two years of repeated experiments, finally succeeded.
