广西铝业公司平南平地型赤泥堆场是国内首次采用拜耳法工艺干式堆存,堆场表面干燥后出现不同程度的裂缝。通过采用地质罗盘、经纬仪、皮卷尺等工具对堆场2号库进行的现场踏勘,发现2号库中10条较为明显的主裂缝大致呈东西走向,主裂缝分布在堆场北部到中部,主裂缝周围分布龟纹状、网状细小裂缝。分析认为,赤泥排放先后顺序的不同、赤泥泥浆干缩失水、各库之间压力差以及可溶盐的溶解等原因是造成堆场裂缝产生的根源。
Guangxi Aluminum Company Pingnan Pingdi red mud storage yard is the first time using Bayer process dry stacking, the surface of the yard dry after varying degrees of cracks. By using the tools of geological compass, theodolite and leather measuring tape to reconstruct site 2 of Yard, it is found that the 10 obvious main cracks in the No.2 library are roughly east-west, and the main cracks are distributed in the north to the middle of the yard. Broken around the distribution of turtle-shaped, mesh-shaped small cracks. The analysis shows that the causes of cracks in the yard are caused by the order of the red mud discharge, the dry shrinkage and loss of red mud, the pressure difference between the reservoirs and the dissolution of soluble salts.
