目的识别、分析某润滑油调合灌装作业场所产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法,对某润滑油调合灌装作业场所的职业病危害因素进行分析,评价其职业病危害防护设施的控制效果。结果该项目在生产过程中的职业病危害因素主要有非甲烷总烃、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、环己烷、己烷、戊烷、辛烷、高温、噪声。现场检测结果显示各岗位的职业病危害因素浓度(或强度)均低于国家卫生标准。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,该企业的职业病危害防护措施基本可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by the blending and filling of a lubricating oil workplace and to explore the countermeasures and measures for protection. Methods The occupational hazards of a blending site for oil blending and filling were analyzed through occupational health field investigation, occupational hazards testing, occupational health examination and other methods to evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards prevention facilities. Results The main occupational hazards of the project in the production process are non-methane total hydrocarbons, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, cyclohexane, hexane, pentane, octane, high temperature and noise. Field test results showed that the occupational hazards of various positions concentration (or intensity) are lower than the national health standards. Conclusion This project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. The protective measures against occupational hazards in this enterprise are basically feasible.
