由北京市医院管理局举办的“相约守护”医院双体验活动日前落下帷幕。在双体验活动中,北京市医院管理局局长封国生同志亲自以患者的身份体验看病难,各医院院长也以不同身份分别体验患者的不易和医生的辛苦。同时,这些医院管理者通过交叉体验,也起到了互相学习、取长补短的作用。在前不久举行的双体验活动总结座谈会上,北京市属医院的领导们就各自医院在医疗服务等方面的不足和将要采取的改进措施进行了交流,这从另一个侧面可以看出,在医疗市场供需矛盾极为突出,很多百姓对医院、医生有着相当多误解的当下,北京市的医院管理者们为最大限度保障医疗服务、提高服务水平在不懈地努力着。今天,我们摘录了座谈会上部分医院领导的发言,以此与各界人士共勉。
