要实现由“应试教育”向“素质教育”转轨这一重大战略决策,就为教育工作者,尤其是高中的教育工作者提出了更高的要求。而我们所面临的最大困难就是“后进生”的转化问题。后进生的教育转化工作是教育教学工作中最耗费精力的任务。学校教育不仅仅要追求学生“分数”的上升,更重要的是重视其心理品质的优化,矫正其不良的心理品质。班主任如何教育后进生,不仅要求班主任有一定的工作经验,更要掌握一定的工作方法与艺术。
To realize the major strategic decision of transition from “exam-oriented education” to “quality education” puts forward higher requirements for educators, especially those in high schools. And the biggest difficulty we face is the transformation of “afterlife ”. Education of late education transformation work is the most energy-intensive tasks in education and teaching. School education not only pursues the rise of students “scores ”, but more importantly, it attaches importance to the optimization of psychological quality and corrects its bad psychological quality.
