介绍了精益生产方式的产生及特点以及作为精益生产方式理论基础的精益思想.从组织结构出发,介绍电子组装线的管理现状,分析其生产系统,从精益生产的角度出发找出现有生产流程中存在的问题,根据实际情况,基于精益思想的原则,设计了精益生产方式实施的具体方案,找出了改善生产流程,提高劳动生产率的方法,并取得了明显的成效,其原有的基础生产还有相当广阔的提升空间,可以做到用更低的投入达成更高的产出,为公司带来明显的效益改善。
