介绍了一种适合重卡车架变截面纵梁生产的新型数控冲割复合加工工艺和相应设备。通过分析现有变截面纵梁加工工艺的缺点及复杂性,提出使用数控冲割复合工艺,并对数控冲割复合生产线的结构、性能参数及工艺特点等进行了相应论述。生产实践表明,使用该数控冲割复合工艺可以极大地提高纵梁产品的生产效率和加工精度。
A new type of CNC cutting process and its corresponding equipment suitable for the production of variable cross-section longitudinal beams for heavy truck frame are introduced. By analyzing the shortcomings and complexity of the existing cross-section longitudinal beam machining process, the numerical control blanking composite process is proposed, and the structure, performance parameters and process characteristics of the numerical control blanking composite production line are discussed correspondingly. Production practice shows that the use of CNC cutting complex process can greatly improve the production efficiency of stringers and machining accuracy.
