1 鸭河口水库概况鸭河口水库总库容为13.16亿 m~3,兴利库容7.45亿 m~3,是一座以防洪灌溉为主,兼顾工业及城市用水,结合发电、养鱼等综合利用的大型水利枢纽工程。建库43年来,已累计产生综合效益达165亿元,相当于工程总投资的150多倍。但随着南阳工农业生产的发展和城市生活及改善生态环境的需要,鸭河口水库有限的水资源满足不了用水需求,供需矛盾日趋突出,水环境状况日益恶化。如何更好地利用鸭河口水库有限的水资源支持南阳市经济的可持续发展,成为目前急需解决的迫切问题。
1 Yahekou Reservoir Overview Yahekou Reservoir has a total storage capacity of 1.136 billion m ~ 3 and a storage capacity of 745 million m ~ 3. It is a large-scale project that mainly uses flood control and irrigation, combines industrial and urban water use, combines power generation, fish farming and other comprehensive utilization Water Conservancy Project. Over the past 43 years since its establishment, it has generated a total profit of 16.5 billion yuan, equivalent to more than 150 times of the total investment in the project. However, with the development of Nanyang’s industrial and agricultural production and urban life and the need to improve the ecological environment, the limited water resources of Yahekou Reservoir can not meet the demand for water, the contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent, and the water and environmental conditions have deteriorated. How to make better use of the limited water resources in Yahekou Reservoir to support the sustainable development of economy in Nanyang has become an urgent problem urgently needed to be solved.
