对唐钢1号高炉铜冷却壁水管损坏后的安全生产进行了总结。铜冷却壁水管破损的原因,主要是炉役后期高炉炉型变化、冷却强度不够、边缘煤气流波动频繁等。在炉腹冷却壁水管损坏的情况下,为了保证炉役后期的安全生产,1号高炉从设备改造和操作优化两个方面对高炉生产进行了调整,采取了提高鼓风动能、增强冷却强度、调整操作制度、对重点部位进行监护等措施,确保了高炉的稳定顺行,延长了一代炉龄,燃料比由540kg/t逐步下降在535 kg/t,取得了较好的技术经济指标。
This paper summarizes the safety production after damage of copper stave pipe in Tangsteel No.1 blast furnace. Copper cooling pipe wall damage is mainly due to furnace furnace late blast furnace type changes, cooling intensity is not enough, the edge of the gas flow fluctuations and so on. In the case of damage to the hot water in the bosh cooling stave, in order to ensure the safe production in the late stage of the furnace service, No. 1 blast furnace adjusted the blast furnace production from two aspects of equipment reformation and operation optimization, and adopted measures such as increasing blast kinetic energy, enhancing cooling intensity, Adjusting the operation system and monitoring the key parts ensured the stable and forward operation of the blast furnace and prolonged the generation of furnaces. The fuel ratio decreased gradually from 540 kg / t to 535 kg / t, and achieved good technical and economic indicators.
