针对矿山输送机输送系统在凹变坡弧段易出现的飘带现象进行了理论分析。在简化的数学力学模型基础上建立了更精确的微元体数学模型,从理论上确定了凹弧段的曲率半径。除了矿山凹变坡段的复杂地形条件外,还有制造和装配的因素使得曲率半径达不到理论设计值。曲率半径大于或者小于理论设计半径一定值时都会发生飘带现象,基于此从实践上提出了简单易行的防止飘带的措施。
In view of the conveyor system of mine conveyor, the phenomenon of streamers prone to appear in concave arc section is analyzed theoretically. Based on the simplified mathematical mechanics model, a more accurate mathematical model of micro-bodies is established, and the radius of curvature of the concave arc segment is theoretically determined. In addition to the complicated terrain conditions of the concave section of the mine, there are manufacturing and assembly factors that make the radius of curvature less than the theoretical design value. When the radius of curvature is larger or smaller than the theoretical design radius, the phenomenon of streamers will occur. Based on this, a simple and easy measure to prevent ribbons is put forward.
