采用铸锭冶金法制备了Al-Si合金,得到了不同Si含量和浇注温度下合金的凝固金相组织,并采用计算模拟的方法与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,在不同的浇注温度下的模拟结构与试验结果较好的吻合。
The Al-Si alloy was prepared by ingot metallurgy. The solidified microstructure of the alloy was obtained at different Si contents and casting temperatures. The calculated results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the simulated structure at different pouring temperatures is in good agreement with the experimental results.
