本文以排球项目(开式技能)为实证材料,设计两种不同教学方法的组合即“完整-分解-完整”和“分解-分解-完整”教法,以普通高校非体育类女大学生为研究对象,探讨开放式运动技能习得的最优化教学方法,在排球项目教学实验中,两种不同教法组合虽都能促进学生对排球技术的掌握,但采用“完整-分解-完整”教学法,学生不仅能够掌握基本技能,而且其在比赛中运用技术的能力和战术意识均能得到显著的提高。其教学效果较为显著,是可行的,有效的,在普通高校排球教学中有较高的推广价值。
In this paper, volleyball project (open skills) as empirical evidence, the design of two different combinations of teaching methods that is “complete - decomposition - complete” and “decomposition - decomposition - complete” Female students as the research object, to explore the optimal teaching methods for the acquisition of open sports skills. In the volleyball teaching experiment, although the combination of two different teaching methods can promote students’ mastery of volleyball skills, the “complete-decomposition - ”complete" pedagogy, students not only have mastery of basic skills, but also their ability and tactical awareness to use the game in competition can be significantly improved. The teaching effect is more obvious, it is feasible and effective, and has a high promotion value in volleyball teaching in colleges and universities.
