目的建立上颌第一前磨牙的精细三维模型,并最终应用于有限元分析(FEA)。方法用M icro-CT对选取的完整上颌第一前磨牙进行扫描,将获得的CT影像通过M im ics8.1软件进行拟合,初步形成模型。再将模型转入Geom agic7软件进行修改和细化,最终形成FEA软件可识别的实体三维模型。结果成功建立了上颌第一前磨牙的三维模型,并摸索出一套行之有效、方便快捷的有限元模型建立方法。结论结合M icro-CT技术的牙体组织三维重建可以获得极高的真实性和精确性,能够满足各种牙体生物力学分析的需要。
Objective To establish a fine three-dimensional model of the maxillary first premolar and finally apply it to finite element analysis (FEA). Methods The intact maxillary first premolar was scanned with M icro-CT, and the obtained CT images were fitted by M im ics 8.1 software to preliminarily form a model. Then the model into Geom agic7 software for modification and refinement, the final form FEA software identifiable entity three-dimensional model. Results The three-dimensional model of the maxillary first premolar was successfully established and a set of effective and convenient method for establishing the finite element model was developed. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction of tooth tissue combined with M icro-CT technique can achieve the highest degree of veracity and accuracy and meet the needs of various dental biomechanical analysis.
