本研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,以城市地区的1所智力残疾人初级职业培训学校和4所设有智力残疾人职教部或职高部的培智学校为对象,通过对5位学校管理人员和67位教师的调查,从职业教育专业及课程设置、师资、经费、毕业生就业状况和阻碍学校职业教育培训工作进一步开展的原因等方面报告了5所学校智力残疾学生初级职业教育的现状,以及管理者和教师对智力残疾学生初级职业教育发展的建议,最后提出了智力残疾学生初级职业教育培训的发展建议。
This study uses questionnaire survey and interview method, targeting at one elementary vocational training school for mental retardation in urban areas and four training schools for intellectual disabilities with vocational education or vocational education, and five school administrators And 67 teachers surveyed reported the status quo of junior vocational education for students with intellectual disability in five schools from the aspects of vocational education and curriculum, teachers, funding, employment status of graduates and the reasons for further hindering vocational education and training in schools. As well as the suggestions of managers and teachers on the development of primary vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities. Finally, some suggestions on the development of primary vocational education and training for students with intellectual disabilities are put forward.
