玉米自交系“53”来源于冀群2,经连续自交6代而成,性状基本稳定。1987、1988年对其早代S_1、S_2进行鉴定,其抗病性、配合力较好。1989年在邯郸、保定地区农科所及省粮油作物所三处S_4的形态、抗性、遗传等方面进行深入鉴定,结果表明,“53”自交系在78个参试材料中综合性状表现突出。1989年10月25日专家现场检测认为,“53”自交系在生产上很有利用前景。
The maize inbred line “53” was derived from Ji Qun 2, and was self-fertilized for 6 generations. The traits were basically stable. 1987, 1988, its early generation S_1, S_2 were identified, its disease resistance, combining ability is better. In 1989, the morphology, resistance and inheritance of S_4 in the agricultural institutes and the provincial grain and oil crops in Handan and Baoding were in-depth identified. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of “53” inbred lines in 78 tested materials prominent.
