新闻法学是新闻学专业的专业必修课,作为规范和限制记者实践操作的新闻法学在当今时代起着越来越明显的作用。但是由于中国还没有出台自己专门的《新闻法》,加之在现代化发展中法律体系的不完备,新闻法学的教学呈现混乱、无序的状态。很多领域都出现了“有法可依,尚不完备”的状态鉴于此,总结在新闻法教学中的不足,得出了关于新闻法教学内容的几点补充意见:一是案例教学法;二是模拟法庭法;三是头脑风暴法;四是小组专题讨论。
Journalism law is a compulsory course in journalism major. As a journalism law that regulates and restricts the practice of journalists, journalism law plays an increasingly prominent role in today’s era. However, since China has not yet promulgated its own special “Press Law”, combined with the incomplete legal system in its modernization, the teaching of journalism law shows chaos and disorder. In many fields, the status of “law can be followed and not yet complete” appears. In view of this, summing up the shortages in the teaching of news law, some supplementary opinions on the teaching content of news law are drawn: First, the case teaching method ; The second is to simulate the court law; the third is brainstorming; the fourth is the panel discussion.
