目的观察中西医结合治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效。方法 49例患者随机分为中西医结合组(25例)和西医对照组(24例)。中西医结合组以自拟调率汤加减结合西药氨茶碱进行治疗;西药组以氨茶碱进行治疗。结果中西医结合治疗组显效14例,有效9例,总有效率92.0%,对照组显效10例,有效8例,总有效率75.0%。两组临床疗效比较,中西医结合治疗组总有效率提高(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗病态窦房结综合征疗效较好。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome. Methods 49 patients were randomly divided into Integrative Medicine Group (25 cases) and Western Medicine Control Group (24 cases). Chinese and Western medicine combined with self-made transfer rate plus western medicine aminophylline treatment; western medicine group to aminophylline treatment. Results The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine was effective in 14 cases, effective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 92.0%, the control group markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 8 cases, the total effective rate was 75.0%. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group the total effective rate increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of sick sinus syndrome better effect.
