本文报道了棉铃虫经辐照诱导的不育效应。用60 Coγ射线处理棉铃虫蛹,成虫的羽化率随着剂量的升高而降低,畸形率和死蛹率增加。不同时期辐照蛹对成虫羽化率有明显影响。棉铃虫辐射不育以采用羽化前2d 的老熟蛹辐照为好,其羽化率为86-54 % 。卵的不育率随剂量的升高而升高。根据F1 代辐射遗传不育效应的研究认为:棉铃虫当代亚不育剂量以300 Gy 为宜。
In this paper, the insecticidal effect induced by irradiation of cotton bollworm was reported. The pupae of H. armigera were treated with 60Co γ ray, and the emergence rate of adults decreased with the increase of the dose, and the rate of deformity and the rate of dead pupae increased. The pupae in different periods had a significant effect on the emergence rate of adults. The bollworm radiant infertility was better than that of the old mature pupae 2 days before eclosion, and the eclosion rate was 86-54%. The infertility rate of eggs increased with increasing dose. According to the F1 generation of the genetic effects of radiation, it is concluded that the dose of contemporary Asian inoculation of cotton bollworm should be 300 Gy.
