提出一种基于LTCC技术的超宽带带通滤波器的设计与实现方法。通过在两个E型谐振单元间接入电容,增强了谐振单元间的耦合强度,从而实现了超宽带的特性,同时在接地板上刻蚀C型缺陷地结构,极大地抑制了高次谐波,提高了滤波器的带外性能。最终设计了一款中心频率为6.75GHz,带宽为6.5GHz的超宽带滤波器,其相对带宽达到了96%。通过LTCC工艺加工设计,通带插损小于1d B,回波损耗优于-15d B,尺寸仅为3mm×4mm×0.5mm。
This paper presents a design and implementation of UWB band-pass filter based on LTCC technology. By inserting capacitance between the two E-type resonators and enhancing the coupling strength between the resonators, ultra-wideband characteristics are achieved while the C-type defect is etched on the ground plane, greatly suppressing higher harmonics , Improving the out-of-band performance of the filter.
