提高学生作文水平的关键在于语文教师自身的写作水平。语文教学中的最大问题是作文教学,许多学生怕写作文,从小学写起,写到初中,写到高中,甚至写到大学,作文竟然没有过关。问学生,他们大都说“作文没啥东西可写,,问语文教师,他们又都说“作文教学吃力不讨好,化时多,见效慢,。而且层层埋怨:初中语文教师埋怨小学里基础没有打好,高中语文教师则埋怨初中语文教师不负责任,..…笔者对中小学作文教学问题,作了较长时间的探索研究,对初中生、高中生、师专生、脱产进修生的作文情况作过多次调查,最近又在两所小学的六年级两个班作了作文教学试验。我以为,无论从理论上还是从实践上来看,提高学生作文水平的关键在于语文教师本身的业务素质,即自身的写作水平如何。国外不少国家,都非常强调教师自身的业务素质的提高,
