目的 :使白内障手术后患者既可以获得良好的远程视力 ,同时又能获得较好的中程、近程视力。方法 :在表面麻醉下超声乳化白内障吸除后 ,采用美国 Allergan公司研制的可折叠多焦点人工晶体植入术眼 ,共计 17例 2 5眼。结果 :远视力与单焦点人工晶体相同 ,中程、近程视力明显优于单焦点人工晶体。术中、术后未见严重并发症。结论 :表面麻醉下白内障摘除后植入多焦点人工晶体可以获得良好的远程、中程、近程视力 Objective: To enable patients with cataract surgery can obtain good long-distance vision, but also get better mid-range, short-range vision. Methods: After phacoemulsification with topical anesthesia, foldable multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) developed by Allergan Company of America was used in 17 cases (25 eyes). Results: Far vision and single-focus intraocular lens is the same, mid-range and short-range visual acuity was significantly better than single-focus intraocular lens. Intraoperative and postoperative no serious complications. Conclusions: Implantation of multifocal intraocular lens after cataract extraction under surface anesthesia can achieve good long-range, mid-range and short-range visual acuity
