针对机场多个广告牌旋转控制的需求,本文设计了一个基于ZigBee技术的同步无线控制系统。所有广告牌各为一个网络节点,各节点以STM32为核心控制器,DRF1605H为无线通信模块。基于这类架构的节点分两类:主节点和从节点。分析实际需求,提出主-从同步控制方案。以主节点运动位置为参考,从节点根据变速积分PID控制算法调整位置以达到同步。主节点具有控制和管理所有从节点的功能,避免为实现同步控制而引入一个新的控制模块。同时设计可退出系统的上位机节点提供人机界面,方便查询系统状态。通过实验验证,整个系统运行稳定,实现了需求的同步控制精度。
Aiming at the need of multiple billboard rotation control in airports, this paper designs a synchronous wireless control system based on ZigBee technology. All billboards are each a network node, each node takes STM32 as the core controller, and DRF1605H is a wireless communication module. Nodes based on this type of architecture fall into two categories: primary and secondary. Analysis of the actual needs, proposed master-slave synchronization control scheme. Take the movement position of the master node as a reference, slave nodes adjust the position according to the variable speed integral PID control algorithm to achieve synchronization. The master node has the function of controlling and managing all slave nodes and avoids introducing a new control module for synchronization control. At the same time designed to exit the system host computer nodes to provide man-machine interface, easy to check the system status. Through the experimental verification, the entire system is stable, to achieve the needs of the synchronization control accuracy.
