高考的改革是一项综合的、系统的工程。这项改革工程涉及到许多方面;需要有基础教育、高等教育和招生考试部门的共同参与。多年来,高等学校在高考的改革与发展中,发挥了积极而又独特的作用,是一支十分重要的力量。可以说,没有高等学校的参与,高考的改革既不完整,也不可能取得成功。今年在广东进行“3+X”高考科目设置改革试点方案的实施,已经引起了社会各方面的广泛关注。那么,高等学校对此是一种什么态度呢? 前不久,应记者的邀请,中国人民大学副校长、教授、经济学博士袁卫,就高考改革和有关问题,谈了他的看法。
