介绍了应用于上海长江大桥水下钢管桩外加电流阴极保护的实时监测系统。在设计中考虑了数据采集、数据通讯、协议连接以及电磁干扰等内容。阴极保护实时监测系统由上位机处理系统、数据中转设备、前端监测器、恒电位仪、水下组合体以及连接电缆等部分组成;并在专用的实时监测软件的控制下进行工作。用户通过本系统可以实时地获得全部92个承台的阴极保护电位、阳极分电流以及恒电位仪总的输出电压、输出电流等参数,还可以远程开关恒电位仪。本系统运行操作简便,已在现场成功应用。
The real-time monitoring system applied to the cathodic protection of the underwater steel pipe pile in Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge is introduced. In the design to consider the data acquisition, data communications, protocol connection and electromagnetic interference and so on. Cathode protection real-time monitoring system consists of host computer processing system, data transfer equipment, front-end monitors, potentiostat, underwater assembly and connecting cables and other components; and in a dedicated real-time monitoring software under the control of the work. Through this system, users can get all the 92 caps’ cathodic protection potential, anode current and the total output voltage and output current of potentiostat through the system in real time, and also can switch potentiostat remotely. The system is easy to operate and has been successfully applied in the field.
