以学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,了解中小学生尊重行为的现状,结果发现:中小学生尊重行为整体表现良好,但在尊重知识方面表现不佳;学生年龄、学业压力、教育资源配置是影响学生尊重行为的重要因素;女生在尊重行为方面具有明显优势;父母过低的学历会对子女尊重行为产生消极影响;城乡学校之间学生尊重行为没有差异。改进学生的尊重行为,需要提升教师与学生对“尊重”内涵的理解,改变过于关注知识的教学和考核方式,进一步均衡配置教育资源。
Taking the students as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, we can know the status of the students’ respect behavior. The result shows that: the overall performance of the students’performance respect is good, but the performance is poor; the age, academic pressure and educational resources are The factors that affect students’ respect behavior are obvious; girls have obvious advantages in respect of behavior; parents whose education is too low will have a negative impact on children’s respect behavior; there is no difference in respect behavior between students in urban and rural areas. To improve students’ respect behavior, teachers and students need to improve their understanding of the meaning of “respect ”, change the teaching and assessment methods that focus too much on knowledge, and further allocate educational resources more evenly.
