《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》的颁布实施,对加强党内监督、发扬党内民主、维护党的团结统一、保持党的先进性,具有十分重要的意义。党的十六大提出:要建立结构合理、配置科学、程序严密、制约有效的权力运行机制,从决策和执行等环节加强对权力的监督,保证把人民赋予的权力真正用来为人民谋利益。《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》正是体现了这一要求,健全和完善了党内监督各项制度。纪检机关应该紧密结合《条例》出台
