随着现代机械制造技术的飞速发展,精密和超精密加工技术已经成为现代机械制造的重要组成部分。数控机床作为机械制造中的重要工具,它的精度指标是影响工件加工精度的重要因素。因此,提高数控机床精度的研究受到了极大的关注。本文是以数控机床精度可再生为研究目标,以误差补偿技术为研究基础,详细论述了刀具补偿和插补算法在数控机床误差补偿中的作用,在此基础之上分析融入几何误差补偿功能的数控系统实现相关技术。
With the rapid development of modern machinery manufacturing technology, precision and ultra-precision machining technology has become an important part of modern machinery manufacturing. CNC machine tools as an important tool in machinery manufacturing, its accuracy index is an important factor affecting the accuracy of the workpiece processing. Therefore, to improve the accuracy of CNC machine tools has received great attention. In this paper, the precision of CNC machine tools can be regenerated as the research goal, based on the error compensation technology, the effects of the tool compensation and interpolation algorithms in the error compensation of CNC machine tools are discussed in detail. Based on the analysis, the function of geometric error compensation CNC system to achieve related technologies.
